Greeting Klobbers,

Our October meeting is coming up on Monday Oct. 21st, 7pm. This meeting will take place at Brite Eyes Brewing Co. This month we will have our Stranger Brews beer contest. Same format as our Session Beer competition, bring several bottles of your brew for people to taste and vote for. Gift cards from Bell's General store for the top winners.  This time you must brew a beer with a unique or strange ingredient. It could be a unique fruit, spice, adjunct, etc... (i.e. Maple & Fig Porter) Just make sure it's palatable! 

Cider Pressing 2.0 @ Husted Farms

Husted Farms will have a tank full of freshly pressed cider available for KLOB members at $4/gallon. (minimum 5 gallons) Plus PEAR CIDER(limited amount) at this pressing too!  Bring your own sanitized pail or fermenter to fill up.  Tell the workers you're there for the KLOB cider. Stop in either Saturday 19th or Sunday 20th, 11am-6pm.  Bring some of your hard cider to share for tastings too!
