Kayak Trip- 7/18/21

It's time once again for our annual Kalamazoo River Kayak Trip! Grab your boat and some beers and joins us on Sunday, July 18th, 1pm.  This year's trip will commence at Merrill Park (map) and end at Verburg Park(map).  Plan to arrive at 1pm at Merrill Park to unload, then we'll car pool to spot your car at Verburg Park. Estimated time to launch at Merrill Park 1:30pm.

Once we make it to Verburg Park, we'll have our portable grill to cook up some brats and other snacks. I'm sure we'll be hungry after paddling hard (or drinking beer) all afternoon!

Parking at Verburg Park is on the North end of the park off of Patterson Street, even though the address is listed as Gull Road.  Verburg's kayak ramp is located in a small lagoon on the West side of the Kalamazoo River.

Bell's Homebrew Competition - 7/31/21

Bell's Homebrew competition is back! Sign up to recieve free wort to brew your own creation! PIckup is July 31st. New this year...all participants MUST sign up for a dedicated wort pickup time slot in advance online. Time slots will go live on Sunday, July 11th at 10:00am. A link to sign up will be provided on our Facebook page on July 11th at 10:00am.
