Our Kayak Trip is this Sunday! The weather looks sunny and warm, so don't forget your sunscreen! Grab your boat and some beers and joins us this Sunday at1pm. We will commence at Merrill Park (map) and end at Verburg Park(map). Plan to arrive at 1pm at Merrill Park to unload, then we'll car pool to spot your car at Verburg Park. Estimated time to launch at Merrill Park 1:30pm. Once we make it to Verburg Park, we'll have our portable grill to cook up some brats and other snacks. I'm sure we'll be hungry after paddling hard (or drinking beer) all afternoon!

Parking at Verburg Park is on the North end of the park off of Patterson Street, even though the address is listed as Gull Road. Verburg's kayak ramp is located in a small lagoon on the West side of the Kalamazoo River.

The Return of the KLOB Roast!
