Greetings Klobbers, Our first meeting of 2022 is this week!
Join us on Wednesday, January 19th, 7pm at Final Gravity downtown, for a Sensory Training/Off Flavors event. We'll have a sensory kit featuring 6 different off-notes commonly found in beer. Sample Diacetyl, DMS, Acetic Acid, Skunk, Oxidized, & Acetaldehyde, and hone your tasting and evaluating ability. Hope to see you there!
Just a reminder that we'll be having our December Meeting on Sunday Dec. 5th, 2-5pm. We'll be meeting at Final Gravityin downtown. This is our annual potluck, so please bring a dish to share. To pair with our potluck, we'll be featuring a tasting of strong Belgian ales, since they're very food friendly. Hope you can join in the festivites and cheer! Don't forget to wear your finest Christmas sweater and jingle bells & ornaments in your beard!
